Natural Amber Bib Necklace | OOAK Adjustable Beaded Collar

One necklace. One arrangement. One of a kind.

There are seven of these necklaces in the world. Six are available here. One stayed with me. I couldn't help it. :)

Each necklace is built around a carefully chosen row of natural amber beads, arranged with silver spacer beads into a gentle curved composition across the neckline.

The amber beads are all naturally individual — different in color, translucency, shape, markings and character. Rather than trying to make them identical, I selected and arranged each group so the colors, sizes and shapes work together harmoniously, with a larger amber bead forming the focal point at the center.

The result is a bib-style beaded necklace with the warmth of natural amber and the simplicity of an adjustable cord.

And because every amber bead is different, every necklace is genuinely one of a kind.

How it wears

The necklace is designed to sit close to the neckline at its shortest setting, slightly below choker length, and can be adjusted lower for a more open décolleté.

Adjustable length: from collar length to approximately 30 cm overall
Center drop at longest setting: approximately 18 cm when worn
Cord: adjustable tan or brown cord
Decorative elements: natural amber beads and silver spacer beads

The curved arrangement allows the amber to follow the natural line of the neckline rather than hanging as a traditional pendant necklace.

Natural amber, naturally individual

No two pieces of natural amber are exactly alike. Variations in color, transparency, inclusions, surface character, shape and size are part of the material itself.

For these necklaces, that individuality is not something to hide or standardize. It is what makes each arrangement special.

Every necklace has been individually composed by hand, balancing the amber beads by color, size, shape and visual weight before they are assembled.

Care

Store your necklace away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and prolonged contact with water, perfumes or cosmetics.

Wipe the amber gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

Natural amber is a relatively soft material, so avoid dropping, scratching or exposing the beads to harsh chemicals.
