Some symbols have travelled through thousands of years without losing their meaning. The Ankh, known as the key of life, is one of them.

This handmade leather necklace brings together the ancient symbolism of the Ankh with the rich, rugged character of dark brown Crazy Horse leather. An oxidized antique bronze motif takes center stage, while burnt bronze cord wraps add warmth and texture to the pendant.

Design Details

Pendant: Ankh motif in oxidized antique bronze

Leather: Dark brown Crazy Horse leather

Leather dimensions: Approximately 1 cm wide × 4–5 cm long

Cord wrapping: Burnt bronze waxed cord

Necklace cord: Adjustable black cord

Construction: The leather strip forms an integrated loop at the top, allowing the pendant to slide onto the necklace cord.

I work with carefully selected materials, taking the time to shape, wrap, and finish each pendant by hand. 

Crazy Horse leather is known for its distinctive pull-up effect. Its surface develops lighter and darker shades with handling, giving the leather a naturally distressed appearance that evolves with time.
