❓ Can I request a custom or personalized order?
Yes, yes, yes! Custom is practically my middle name.
If you have an idea, a symbol, a special color—or you want to tweak an existing piece—I’ll do my absolute best to make it real. Handmade from scratch means endless possibilities.
📏 What size should I choose?
Most bracelets offer a size menu. For ready-to-ship pieces, they're adjustable and fit most average wrists.

🧽 How do I care for my bracelet?
Don't deep-fry it and you’re golden.
Avoid swimming and long soaks. Leather ages beautifully with love, just like wine and rebels.
Want bonus care points? A dab of leather conditioner now and then keeps it soft and happy.
🧼 Will the metal parts tarnish?
Tarnish is completely normal! Especially with silver, brass, or copper. It’s not a flaw, it’s a story in progress.
Most of my pendants are oxidized or polished to resist it. If you see darkening, gently rub with the green side of a kitchen sponge. That’s it.
🧑🏭 Are your products truly handmade?
Every. Single. One.
Just by my hands, some stubborn thread, and a whole lot of meraki in my little studio in Greece. I do use a small laser engraver for personalizations, but the rest is 100% slow craft in the most basic way: cutting, shaping, painting, stitching, braiding, pendant casting.
🖌️ What if I want a color or design that’s not listed?
Message me! If I can make it, I will.
Custom color combos, alternate designs, unique engravings is what I live for.
⏳ How long until my order is ready?
Usually 1–3 business days. I ship every Tuesday and Friday, unless a holiday falls - I'll go the next day in this case.
I set 1–5 just in case life throws me curveballs (teenage boys, Greek holidays, unexpected errands, THE FLU).
Hand painted designs take an extra day to dry completely before shipping.
📦 How is it packaged?
With love and sustainability in mind.
Your bracelet arrives in a recyclable cushioned mailer. It may look flat, but don’t worry!
Leather is like a loyal friend: it bounces back.
If it's a gift, let me know and I’ll make it extra special.
📍 Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders ship with 1st Priority Tracked Airmail from Greece. Take advantage of subscribing to my newsletter for free shipping on every order for ever! (I won't send out more than a handful of emails per year. I don't run campaigns and I don't spam people's inbox.)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships. You can follow its journey the whole way.
🌍 When will my order arrive?
By experience I can give you some estimated delivery times:
Greece: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–7 business days
US/Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia: 15–25 business days
Same for the rest of the world
Africa is super slow for some reason (sigh) and it might take 2 to 3 weeks.
Sometimes things go smooth, sometimes they vacate in Chicago. Either way, they do arrive. I never lost a package! Here's how tracking systems work.
💸 Why are your prices different on Etsy (or other platforms)?
Great question and I'm glad you asked!
Here on my website, you get the lowest possible price: the price that covers my time, materials, and the meraki I pour into each piece.
Every other marketplace charges (medium high, high and higher) fees, so I add those on top. Instead of charging a fixed (inflated) price everywhere, I keep it transparent. The difference you see there, is each platform's fees.
So if you buy here, you’re not paying a platform. You’re supporting me directly and I’m deeply grateful for that.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days; just contact me first.
Items must be in original condition.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable (they’re made just for you!)
You’ll need to cover return shipping, but I’ll help avoid any hidden fees.
