Leather Ring Holder Pendant | Wear Your Ring Close

A small leather pendant with a secret purpose: it holds your ring close to your heart.

Designed as a piece of jewelry first and a ring holder second, this handmade leather pendant offers a different way to carry a meaningful ring when you don't want to wear it on your finger.

The pendant is made from a single strip of leather that folds at both ends.

At the top, the leather forms a loop through which a cord or chain can pass. At the bottom, the leather folds around your ring and closes with a small spring button, holding the ring securely inside the pendant.

The finished pendant is approximately 4.5–5 cm long and 1 cm wide.

Slim, vertical and understated, it looks like a simple leather pendant until you discover what it carries.

Two leather styles

Polished Black Pebbled Leather

A sleek black leather with a refined pebbled texture, paired with a muted silver-tone spring button.

Wear it with the matching black leather cord for a clean monochromatic look, or pair the pendant with another chain of your choice.

Dark Brown Crazy Horse Leather

A rich dark brown Crazy Horse leather with the naturally soft, changing character of this type of leather, paired with an antique bronze spring button.

The matching brown leather cord creates a warm, earthy combination, but you can also wear the pendant with another chain or cord.

Wear it your way

The pendant is designed to be reversible in spirit.

Button facing outward:

The muted silver or antique bronze button becomes part of the pendant's design, giving it a more distinctive jewelry-like appearance.

Button facing inward:

Turn the pendant around so the closure faces your chest for a quieter, more discreet look.

The ring remains securely held either way.

Pendant or finished necklace

You can purchase the pendant on its own and wear it with a cord or chain you already own.

Or choose a matching leather cord to create a finished necklace:

Black leather pendant → black leather cord
Dark brown leather pendant → brown leather cord

The cord is adjustable through its extension chain, allowing you to change the wearing length to suit your preference.

You are also welcome to pair the pendant with another chain of your choice.

How the ring is held

The pendant is made from one continuous piece of leather.

The upper end folds to create the loop through which the necklace cord or chain passes.

The lower end folds around the ring. The leather passes through the ring and folds back on itself, then closes with the spring button.

This creates a simple but secure construction with the ring tucked neatly inside the pendant.

Natural leather has its own grain, texture and character. Small variations are part of the beauty of genuine leather and handmade work.

The Crazy Horse leather may change subtly in tone and surface with handling and wear, developing its own character over time.

Care

Keep the leather away from prolonged moisture, perfumes and harsh chemicals.

If it becomes damp, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Avoid pulling or forcing the leather around unusually large or thick rings. If your ring is particularly large, thick or unusually shaped, please contact me before ordering so I can make sure this design will work well for it.
